With this ‘first use’ of Masterpass through a bot on Messenger, customers can chat with Getir’s bot on Messenger ‘in a natural, conversational way’ to choose products, place an order and make payments without having to leave Messenger.

“With our new partnership, consumers can now place order from Getir’s bot for Messenger and pay with Masterpass without leaving the chat screen. We are proud to announce that Masterpass, presenting real seamless shopping on bots, is firstly implemented in Turkey.”
Getir, launched in 2015, delivers over 600 everyday items in an average of 10 minutes throughout Istanbul. It claims to have made more than 1m deliveries since its launch.
