StubHub is the premier online marketplace for buyers and sellers to trade tickets for the hottest gigs, concerts and sports events. The eBay-owned brand had a well established presence and multi-channel customer base in the US, but we needed to establish brand awareness in the UK.
Fetch works with StubHub on both sides of the Atlantic and recognized an opportunity to raise brand awareness by focusing on the rapidly growing mobile audience, driving greater adoption of the mobile app.
Fetch dramatically improved download volume, along with improved app store ranking and conversion – while maintaining a highly cost-effective CPA. All in all, increased mobile’s share of total revenue generated.
