Giggs promotes new album launch with augmented reality fan experience

Giggs has launched his new album, BIG BAD…, which is being promoted with an augmented reality (AR) experience at London’s first dedicated augmented reality wall mural site.

Inspired by Giggs’ album launch video, fans can watch the mural come to life by downloading the “AR E2” app from a QR code at the wall.  

Located at 28 Redchurch Street, E2 7DP, in Shoreditch, this AR wall site blends amazing hand-crafted murals by ALLOVER with AR experiences by Gate Reality and will be used by multiple brands, artists and organisations.

Since breaking through over a decade ago, Giggs has become recognised as one of the most vital and exciting artists around – his two previous albums reached #2 on the UK album charts and his collaborators have included Drake, Ed Sheeran, Kano, Mark Ronson, Stefflon Don and Lily Allen. 

Unveiled by Giggs on February 23 to coincide with his album launch, the AR experience is available until March 7.
