Michelle Denman brings over 30 years of world-class employee success expertise to the partnership management technology leader as the company aims to further grow and establish its culture of excellence
impact.com, the world’s leading partnership management platform, today announces the appointment of Michelle Denman as Chief People Officer (CPO).
Denman brings more than three decades of experience in human resources, people development, talent acquisition and organisational development. As CPO, she will lead impact.com’s people function, developing and executing the company’s strategy to attract, develop and retain the very best talent. She will also focus on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) efforts ranging from ensuring a diverse workforce to ensuring equitable and inclusive treatment of all team members.
“With Michelle’s track record and approach to leading human resource teams, we’re excited for her to continue growing impact.com’s people-first culture,” said David A. Yovanno, CEO of impact.com. “Michelle will be the driving force in honouring our company’s ‘People Excellence’ strategy, focusing on further establishing and maintaining a culture of excellence, high performance, diversity and engagement.”
Prior to joining impact.com, Denman led people, culture and human resources for major global companies including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Chase Bank, Trend Micro, and AppSense. She has helped several companies foster positive cultures, attract top talent and align HR strategy with business goals, and has a passion for developing the business acumen and consulting skills of HR professionals so they can truly provide value to the businesses they serve.
Earlier in her career, she gained specialisms across many different HR sub-functions – including organisational development and HR systems and analytics – giving her deep subject matter expertise to draw upon when it comes to finding innovative new ways to lead human resources teams.
“I am thrilled to join an organisation that is powering the future of the partnership technology industry and I look forward to working with impact.com’s talent – unlocking potential, helping high performance teams and leaders, and ensuring that this innovative company can continue to offer a positive and inspiring working environment,” says Michelle Denman. “I am also excited about the opportunity to build a connected global team that shares one culture, but still has room for regional and individual differences. And also scaling the company so that we can grow effectively and efficiently without giving up our entrepreneurial spirit.”
In her spare time, Michelle loves spending time with her dogs Luna and Bella, her cat Mini, her large Italian-American family, and her best friends who also happen to be her neighbours.
