Wunderman Bolsters Leadership Team in Taiwan to Support Rapid Growth

Global digital agency Wunderman named former Cerebos executive, Jill Chang, as Managing Director of Wunderman Taiwan, and promoted Eliza Tsai to Deputy General Manager of the same office. Both executives bring valuable experience leading teams in high growth verticals and in the digital space, and will partner to guide and drive the agency through its next phase of expansion.

Chang rejoins WPP from Cerebos International Health, where in her role as Director of Direct & Digital Business, she was instrumental in driving a digital and CRM agenda that doubled the size of the business. Prior to this, Chang held roles of increasing responsibilities at Ogilvy & Mather across the Greater China region, accumulating two decades of experience in strategic counsel and integrated marketing and brand communications, and culminating in her being named General Manager of OgilvyOne Worldwide in Taiwan.

Eliza Tsai

Tsai was previously Business Director and has been with Wunderman for 1.5 years, having worked in a number of specialist digital and communications agencies in Taiwan. Tsai’s expertise in advertising and creative management, and her extensive experience in modern communications, has already driven growth for key client relationships. Tsai contributed greatly to the work that ultimately won the agency a Bronze medal at Campaign Asia Pacific’s Greater China Agency of the Year Awards in 2016.

Caspar Schlickum CEO of Wunderman Asia Pacific said: “We are very excited to have someone of the caliber and experience of Jill joining our business in Taiwan, a market that we continue to be very excited about. Combined with Eliza’s extremely well deserved promotion, we now have an even stronger leadership team that brings together a unique combination of digital, CRM, agency and client experience. I have no doubt our new management team will help accelerate our rapid expansion and enhance the strategic direction, quality and growth of our diverse and talented agency in Taiwan.”

Jill Chang

Chang said, “Wunderman has a deserved reputation as a leading global digital agency. As we continue our ambitious plans to grow, I look forward to integrating our unique strengths in creativity, data & analytics and strategy to deliver business growth and innovative solutions for our clients.”

Tsai said, “We are in an excellent position to capitalize on the tremendous growth opportunities in commerce, digital content and media distribution, and I am excited to be part of the great team that will take these opportunities to the next level. I look forward to continuing to develop our clients’ businesses and to work with my team members to take Wunderman Taipei to greater heights.”
